International project experience
Flexcision supports aerospace and cabin equipment projects with precision CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication for components such as seat-related parts, in-flight entertainment system components, communication equipment housings and electronic enclosures. These projects are managed under our AS9100D-certified quality management system, with 5-axis CNC machining, documented inspection and traceability applied according to customer and project requirements.
The Challenge
Aerospace Manufacturing Challenges
Manufacturers in the aerospace industry face increasing pressure to ensure:
- Consistent dimensional accuracy for safety-critical components
- Compliance with aerospace quality and documentation requirements
- Lightweight component manufacturing without compromising strength
- Full material and process traceability throughout production
- Reliable supply chain performance for low-volume and high-mix production
- On-time delivery for demanding project schedules
Our Approach
Our Aerospace Manufacturing Solutions
We support aerospace OEMs, Tier suppliers and engineering companies with precision manufacturing services for structural, mechanical and enclosure components.
Combining CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication within one coordinated manufacturing system helps reduce supplier handovers and simplify project management. Consistent inspection, documentation and change control across both processes support reliable production of aerospace cabin, equipment and enclosure components.

Why Flexcision
Why Aerospace Customers Choose Us
Aerospace contract manufacturing customers evaluating a new supplier tend to check the same five areas this section is organized around: how early engineering gets involved, how documentation is handled, how production scales between order sizes, how many suppliers a build touches, and how communication holds up across time zones. The Quality Control & Manufacturing Services and Documented, Certified, Traceable sections further down cover the specific processes behind the first two points in more detail.
Engineering-Oriented Manufacturing
Our engineers work closely with customers to review manufacturability, optimize production methods and reduce project risks.
Reliable Quality Control
Every project follows documented inspection procedures with dimensional reports available upon request.
Flexible Production Volumes
From prototypes and pilot batches to medium-volume production, we support different project stages efficiently.
Complete Manufacturing Support
CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly and surface finishing are coordinated through a single supply partner.
International Project Experience
Supporting customers across Europe and North America with consistent communication and delivery performance.
Materials
Common Materials
Common aerospace materials include aluminium alloys such as 5052, 6061, 6082 and 7075, selected according to forming, machining, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength requirements. 5052 offers good formability and corrosion resistance, while 6061 is widely used for general-purpose machined and fabricated components. 6082 may be selected where higher mechanical strength is required, and 7075 is suitable for applications requiring high strength-to-weight performance. Stainless steel grades 1.4301 and 1.4404 correspond broadly to AISI 304 and 316L respectively. Titanium Grade 2 offers good corrosion resistance and formability, while Grade 5 provides higher strength-to-weight performance for demanding aerospace applications.
