Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Solutions

Precision Components and Assemblies for Industrial Equipment and Automation

Delivering engineered metal components from prototype to series production with reliable quality, documented processes and responsive engineering support.

Industrial equipment manufacturers source machined parts, sheet metal enclosures and welded assemblies for equipment produced in prototype, low-volume or series quantities. Flexcision produces these to customer drawings, covering precision machining for functional parts, equipment enclosures and machine frames from sheet metal, and welded assemblies that combine both.
Production runs from single prototypes through to series quantities. Traceability records and inspection documentation can be provided according to customer and project requirements.

Manufacturing Challenges

Your Manufacturing Challenges

Industrial equipment manufacturers often face increasing pressure to reduce lead times while maintaining product quality and controlling costs.

Typical challenges:

Choosing the right manufacturing partner can significantly simplify these challenges.

Inspection

Flexcision coordinates multiple manufacturing processes within one project, reducing supplier complexity and improving production consistency.

A machine frame with machined mounting interfaces may pass through several of these processes as part of the manufacturing route. Coordinating them within one project means the engineering review, the machining and sheet metal work, welding, finishing and final inspection are the applicable approved drawing revision, which helps reduce supplier handovers and keeps change control in one place. Which of these processes parts go through depends on their drawing and their function in the machine.

CNC Machining

CNC Machining Capabilities

We manufacture precision machined components for industrial equipment using advanced CNC technology.
Precision machining is used for functional features and interfaces where dimensional accuracy is important. Machined components for industrial equipment include precision metal parts produced according to customer drawings and functional requirements. CNC turning is used for rotationally symmetric components, while multi-axis CNC milling supports parts with complex geometries and features across multiple faces. The achievable tolerance depends on part geometry, material, feature requirements and the selected machining process, with inspection carried out according to the customer drawing.

Structural parts for industrial printing equipment with a large sheet metal housing

Capabilities include:

SHEET METAL

Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication

Our sheet metal workshop supports complete fabrication for industrial equipment. Services include:

Equipment enclosures, machine frames and structural components are the parts most often produced in sheet metal for industrial equipment. Fiber laser cutting and CNC bending produce the individual parts, precision welding joins them into frames and cabinets, and hardware and mounting features are added according to the drawing. Enclosures for electrical cabinets and equipment housings are selected according to the drawing and the operating environment of the machine.

Materials

Materials We Process

We manufacture components using a wide range of engineering materials, including:

Stainless Steel 304

Stainless Steel 316

Carbon Steel

Aluminium Alloys

Material selection is optimized according to strength, corrosion resistance and manufacturing efficiency.

APPLICATIONS

Typical Applications

Equipment enclosure and machine frames for industrial automation systems

Our components are widely used in:

Whether for new product development or serial production, we support projects throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

Machinery parts for industrial equipment cover a wide range of functions, from fabricated frames to precision interfaces. Material handling components may include brackets, guide plates and mounting structures, while sheet metal fabrication can be used for electrical and control equipment enclosures and cabinets. Packaging machinery and other mechanical engineering projects can require a combination of machined and fabricated components within the same assembly. Where both processes are required, they can be reviewed and coordinated within the same project according to the customer drawing and project requirements.

OUR SUPPORT
