Quality is fundamental to the way projects are planned and produced.
Flexcision operates under internationally recognized management systems and follows standardized manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality, full traceability and compliance with customer requirements throughout production.
Flexcision holds six certifications covering quality management, industry-specific requirements, environmental management, hazardous substance control and welding: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, AS9100D, ISO 14001:2015, QC 080000:2012 and ISO 3834-2. Together they cover general manufacturing, regulated medical components, aerospace parts and fusion welding of metallic materials. The applicable requirements are followed according to the industry, customer and specific project.

Our Certifications
The certifications cover three main areas. ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 support general quality and environmental management. ISO 13485:2016 and AS9100D address industry-specific quality requirements for medical device and aerospace manufacturing. QC 080000:2012 supports hazardous substance process management, while ISO 3834-2 covers quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials.

INSPECTIONS
Inspection Capability
Advanced inspection equipment helps ensure components meet customer specifications before shipment.
Inspection covers dimensional, geometric and surface characteristics. CMM dimensional inspection verifies critical features against the drawing, optical measurement and the profile projector cover contours and small features, and the surface roughness tester verifies specified finish values. Height gauges, digital calipers and micrometers can be used for in-process checks according to the inspection requirements.
Which characteristics are measured, and at what frequency, is defined according to the drawing and the customer’s inspection requirements.

Which quality system applies to a project is confirmed reviewed during the drawing review, together with the inspection and documentation scope. Medical components are handled under ISO 13485:2016, aerospace parts under AS9100D, welded assemblies under ISO 3834-2, and general manufacturing under ISO 9001:2015. Material certificates, First Article Inspection reports and dimensional inspection reports can be supplied according to customer and project requirements. Certificates can be provided on request for supplier qualification and audit purposes.
