Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication for OEMs
Custom Sheet Metal Parts from Prototype to Series Production
Flexcision provides precision sheet metal fabrication for OEM customers, supporting projects from prototype development to series production. Our capabilities include laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, surface finishing and assembly.
With certified manufacturing facilities and complete in-house production capabilities, we support European OEMs with cost-effective, high-quality custom sheet metal parts from prototype development to mass production.
Flexcision’s sheet metal fabrication runs on measurable capability rather than general claims. Material thickness on sheet metal laser cutting ranges from 0.2 mm to 6 mm, covering everything from thin electrical enclosures to heavy structural brackets. Bending capacity reaches parts up to 2,100 mm in length. These figures apply across the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 certified facilities shown below, so OEMs can size a project against real production limits before committing to a supplier.

Why OEMs Choose Us
Why OEMs Choose Flexcision for Sheet Metal Fabrication
Sheet metal laser cutting sets the tolerance baseline for everything that follows, since a laser-cut edge carries into CNC bending, welding, and final assembly without ever leaving this facility. Keeping that handoff in-house is a large part of why typical manufacturing costs run 20 to 35 percent below equivalent local fabrication: fewer shipments between suppliers, fewer requotes when a downstream process reveals a tolerance issue, and one point of contact for engineering changes.
OEMs with recurring industrial sheet metal fabrication programs consolidate work here specifically to avoid re-verifying incoming parts at every stage of a multi-vendor supply chain.

Materials
Materials We Process
Industrial sheet metal fabrication starts with matching a grade to the part, not defaulting to one material for every job. Within carbon steel, DC01 and DC04 are deeper-draw grades than standard SPCC, useful where a part needs more forming without cracking; within stainless steel, SUS316 adds molybdenum over SUS304 for better resistance in harsh or washdown environments. Galvanized DX51D and aluminium 5052-H32 and 6061-T6 round out the range, with 6061-T6 favored where a structural part also needs machining after forming.
We manufacture sheet metal components using a wide range of engineering materials, including:

Quality Assurance
Certifications & Inspection Capabilities
Every project is manufactured under a unified quality management system. CNC sheet metal fabrication carries four certifications, each covering a different part of the business: ISO 9001:2015 for general quality, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, ISO 13485:2016 specifically for medical device manufacturing, and QC 080000 for RoHS hazardous substance control. That scope split is why a medical program gets ISO 13485-specific documentation while a general industrial order does not need the same documentation. The same CMM-based dimensional inspection used on Flexcision’s CNC machining work applies here before parts ship.

Applications
Industry Applications
CNC sheet metal fabrication for medical technology, semiconductor equipment, industrial automation, Aerospace equipment, and optical and precision equipment runs on the same laser cutting, forming, and finishing lines described above. What changes between industries is documentation and surface finish, not the underlying process: a medical part carries ISO 13485 documentation a general industrial bracket does not need. Custom sheet metal parts spanning more than one of these industries are quoted and scheduled as a single order.
