Integrated Manufacturing Capabilities
Four main process groups support the production chain. Sheet metal fabrication equipment includes fiber laser cutting, CNC turret punching, CNC press brakes and stamping systems. CNC machining equipment covers 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling, as well as CNC turning. Welding is carried out as manual TIG, manual MIG and resistance spot welding, and surface finishing covers powder coating, anodizing, hard anodizing, zinc plating, sandblasting and polishing. Which combination applies to a part depends on its geometry, material, drawing specifications and finish requirements.

Quality assurance is supported by advanced inspection technology and documented calibration management. CMM inspection is the core of dimensional verification. Critical features are measured against the drawing on a coordinate measuring machine, while a 2D scanning system, surface roughness tester and hardness tester cover contours, finish values and material properties. Coating and compliance testing uses a film thickness gauge and a salt spray chamber. Measurement and inspection equipment is managed according to applicable calibration and quality control requirements, with the inspection scope defined according to the drawing and project requirements.

Process Control
Quality & Process Control
Process control extends beyond final inspection. Critical dimensions can be monitored during production according to drawing and inspection requirements, while traceability and supporting inspection documentation are applied according to customer and project requirements. For supplier qualification, First Article Inspection reports, relevant calibration records and other quality documentation can be provided as required. Additional documentation, such as process capability reports, can be supported where applicable and agreed with the customer. Customer supplier audits can be supported by arrangement, with qualification and documentation requirements defined as part of the project review.

A manufacturing review starts from the drawing. Drawings or technical requirements can be submitted with tolerances, material, finish and quantity, and the engineering team confirms reviews which processes and inspection equipment apply before quotation. If a requirement falls outside the available manufacturing capability, this is identified during the review.
Process documentation and certificates for supplier qualification can be provided on request, and Flexcision supports prototype quantities through to high-volume serial production.
